Jersey City officials enlist 'Cake Boss' Buddy Valastro in creation of 'NoHo' neighborhood

“Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro today took nearly three dozen developers and other officials on a tour of his 51,000-square-foot baking and distribution facility near the Jersey City and Hoboken border.
